Construction of pressure transport pipelines for the urban sewage delivery of settlements Vassiliko, Agios Nikolaos and Nea Lampsakos (Lilantia Area) of the Municipality of Chalkida to Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, which includes the pressure transport pipelines for interconnection of the five pumping stations to each other and to the balancing tank of the W.T.P. The design of the pump stations has been done in such a way and contains the necessary equipment so that the waste water management of the area is compatible with the existing incoming sewage volume of the city of Chalkis and the final treatment at the W.T.P .<\/p>\n

Construction of five pump stations consisting of a waste chamber and an separeted chamber with E \/ M equipment. All pump station structures were made underground by appropriate sealing methods. The pillars with the switchboards for Motion, Automation and Telemetry are above ground level. The pipelines are made by HDPE PE 100 material with diameters \u03a6355 \/ 10Atm and \u03a6200 \/ 10Atm coupled with autogenous frontal welding. All sections of pipeline sectios were subjected to pressure tightness tests.

Construction of five sewage pump stations that includes the structutal part of the waste chamber and the separate E \/ M chamber made of reinforced concrete., all underground with appropriate sealing methods in a fenced area.<\/p>\n

Electromechanical equipment: Submersible pumps with pedestal, agitator, air compressor and wet chamber air diffusers, Power generator, Deodorising system with special filter, Screen basket with crane , check valves and non-return valves, auxiliary drain pump, variable position winch , Electrical switchboards (motion-automation) and supervisory control and data acquisition system.<\/p>\n<\/div>
